Returns
I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Accompanied by a proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact me at contact@oretoille.com or via WhatsApp at +972 527345466. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once I receive and inspect your return, I will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
I do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original and place a new order.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me immediately with photos, and I will resolve the issue at no additional cost.
